Material Control

Mold Build
All molds are developed in‑house. A sample mold typically takes 5–7 working days, while a full production mold requires approximately 10 working days.
Package Design
We offer full OEM packaging solutions, including branded color boxes, blister packs, and discreet neutral packaging for maximum privacy. We also provide professional support for your brand packaging design, including high-resolution renderings tailored to your product and brand identity.
Pre-production Sample
Once your mold is completed, we will provide pre-production samples for your final approval. During this stage, we identify and resolve any potential issues and make necessary adjustments. Only after all details are confirmed and approved will we proceed to mass production.
Production
We operate a fully integrated production line and manage every process in‑house. From molding and trimming to detailed manual finishing and assembly, we handle every stage of production with strict quality control.
